UPDATED EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 23, 2026
The binding operational terms, participant safety standards, and carrier-verified SMS disclosure protocols governing all BuildBold Kids workshop facilities and digital communications.
By using the Build Bold Kids website or joining our workshop waitlist, you agree to these website Terms and Conditions. Additional terms for individual classes, including participation requirements and any fees, will be provided before registration or purchase.
Build Bold Kids is planning hands-on woodworking experiences for children ages 6 through 12. Parents or legal guardians, not children, must submit waitlist requests and enroll in SMS alerts. Workshop-specific age limits and participation requirements will be shared when registration opens.
Build Bold Kids offers optional recurring marketing text alerts about upcoming woodworking classes, registration openings, and early-access opportunities. You receive these texts only if you actively select the separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website form. Entering a phone number or submitting the form alone does not constitute SMS marketing consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Mobile information will not be shared, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
You may opt out of workshop alert texts at any time by replying STOP to any Build Bold Kids message. We will confirm your request and stop sending messages through this SMS program unless you opt in again.
For assistance, reply HELP to any Build Bold Kids SMS message. You can also contact us through the contact method listed on our website.
Message frequency varies depending on class announcements and registration availability. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information and SMS opt-in data.
Any safety requirements, protective equipment expectations, and participation instructions for a class will be provided to parents or guardians before enrollment. Children will be expected to follow the applicable safety instructions during workshops.
Workshop activities and tool use will depend on the age group, class format, and supervision arrangements announced for each session. Participants must follow the instructor’s directions and the safety rules provided for their specific workshop.
Website text, artwork, and educational materials are provided for informational or personal use unless otherwise stated. Please obtain permission before reproducing or distributing our original materials commercially.
Joining the waitlist is not a workshop reservation or purchase. If paid workshops become available, prices, payment terms, and cancellation or refund policies will be disclosed before you register or pay.
If photography or video is planned for a workshop, parents or guardians will be informed in advance and any required permissions will be requested separately. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
Hands-on woodworking activities can involve physical risks. Specific workshop participation requirements and any applicable waivers will be provided for review before enrollment. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these website terms as the program develops. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. For questions about the program or these terms, use the contact information published on our website.
